1) Purpose and Scope
This policy explains how VOXTALE addresses copyright, trademark, and related rights claims across the services.
2) General Principles
- Users must upload/publish only content they are authorized to use.
- Rights-infringing content is prohibited.
- VOXTALE may remove or restrict content reasonably suspected of infringement.
3) Copyright Claims
Rights holders (or authorized agents) should provide:

- remove content; and/or
- apply account-level enforcement.
7) Counter-Notice / Appeal
Affected users may submit a counter-notice or appeal with identity details, legal basis, and supporting evidence.
8) Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts with repeated substantiated violations may face escalating enforcement, including permanent termination.
