VOXTALE Premium Promotional Offer Terms (Full Draft)

1) Scope
These terms govern designated VOXTALE platform Premium promotions, including introductory pricing, trial discounts, campaign-specific offers, and marketing access to selected Original titles.
They do not govern creator channel membership plans (a separate bill). See the member-channel promotional terms for those offers.
These terms supplement:

2) Premium plans covered
Platform plans shown on /premium include at least:

A higher level includes the lower level on the same platform bill. The price and benefits that apply are those shown at checkout or on the campaign page.
The Free plan is not a paid subscription and does not auto-renew under these terms unless you subscribe to Level 1 or Level 2.
On-site labels may still show VIP / Pro while equivalent to Level 1 / Level 2.
3) Original content and marketing
Original titles are stories marked Original by creators after the channel joins the VOXTALE program. Listeners cannot create Original titles.
For marketing, VOXTALE must be able to make Original titles available to Free-plan listeners when those titles are set as free. Other Original titles may require Level 1 or Level 2.
A promotion under these terms may include, if the campaign says so:
- a discount or trial of Premium VIP Level 1 or Level 2;
- a wider set of free Original titles during the campaign;
- other benefits stated on the campaign page.
Listening to free Original titles does not by itself grant background play, offline download, NC+/25+, or locked Original titles.
4) Eligibility
Eligibility may depend on account history, region, payment method, and prior redemptions.
VOXTALE may reject or revoke redemptions that do not satisfy eligibility criteria.
5) Offer window and redemption
Promotions are valid only during the published campaign period and, for paid offers, subject to successful redemption/checkout.
6) Billing and renewal
Unless expressly stated otherwise, paid promotional subscriptions renew at the then-current standard recurring price of the same plan (Level 1 or Level 2) after the promotional period ends.
Premium does not unlock every channel or every episode. Episode purchase and channel membership remain separate where the creator requires them.
7) Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law, offer-specific terms, and payment-channel requirements.
8) Misuse and abuse
VOXTALE may cancel promotional benefits and apply account enforcement in cases of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or policy violations.
9) Changes or early termination
To the extent permitted by law, VOXTALE may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions for legal, security, or operational reasons.
